You can show your storefront on your own web address. To do this, you add 2 CNAME records where your domain is registered. You don't need to change your nameservers.
🌐 What you need to add
You add 2 CNAME records at your domain registrar. This is the only standard setup.
If your domain was used on another platform before, you may also need to add TXT records.
Leave your existing nameservers as they are. You don't need to delete or replace them.
If we sent you 4 nameserver records in the past, you can safely ignore them. You don't need them for the current setup.
🛠️ How to connect your domain
Open More > Custom domain.
Use Copy next to each record so you paste it exactly.
Log in to your domain registrar and add the 2 CNAME records. If your domain was used on another platform before, add any TXT records you need too.
Leave your nameservers unchanged.
We check automatically, so you can close the window and we'll keep going. DNS changes can take up to a few hours to show.
If you want to start again with another domain, choose Cancel and use a different domain.
If you're on a free trial, you'll be asked to choose how you'd like to pay and start paying first. Then you can connect your domain straight away.
✅ When your domain is live
When it's ready, you'll see a message that your storefront now opens on your own domain, and your domain is marked Live.
When you share links, use the www address (for example www.yourdomain.com). It keeps the full link working.
If your www address isn't showing your storefront and it only just went live, give it a few minutes. If it stays like this, contact support.
🔗 Without www (optional)
Your storefront works on the www address without this. It only helps people who type your domain on its own. Under Without www, choose How to set it up to see what to do.
At your domain provider, turn on forwarding (sometimes called a redirect) from yourdomain.com to https://www.yourdomain.com, set to permanent (301).
Some providers (GoDaddy included) change your www record when you turn on forwarding. Check Record 2 is still there afterwards.
🗑️ Removing a domain
Choose Remove next to your domain, then Remove domain to confirm, or Keep it to cancel. Your storefront will stop opening on that address within a few minutes, so update any links you've shared. Your WithMe page, products and customers aren't affected, and you can connect the domain again later.
📧 Sending domain status for your emails
If you've added your own domain to send emails from, its status shows Waiting for DNS while records are still missing. Once all the required records are found, it changes to Needs activating.
Adding the records isn't enough on its own. Click Activate so the email system can verify your domain. While this runs, the button shows Activating….
Your domain is shown as In use only after it has been verified. Until then, your emails still send from the platform's shared domain.
If you get stuck, message us from the chat bubble and we will help.
