Head over to any product > click on Checkout Page > then scroll down to the Fields section.
Click on +Add Field and choose from the following types of questions:
Multiple choice
Checkboxes
Dropdown
Text
Multi-line text
Simply add the questions you need, and you'll be able to gather the info you want directly from your customers!
