If one of your customers wants to cancel their subscription, there are two ways to get it done:
β Option 1: Share the self-help article with them
Customers can cancel their own subscription by following the steps in our Self-Help Guide: Cancel Your Membership.
Simply send this article to your customer.
Once they follow the instructions, their subscription will be canceled immediately.
β Option 2: Contact us directly (if they face issues)
If your customer is unable to cancel due to a technical issue, please ask them to reach out to us directly:
Through the Help bubble on the platform or app, OR
By emailing us at partners@fitwithofficial.com
Weβll review their request and cancel the subscription on their behalf.
