🗑️ Removing Your Custom Domain
If you've connected a custom domain to your storefront, you can remove it at any time from the Custom domain screen in the More menu.
Removing your domain does not affect your WithMe page, products or customers. Only the custom address stops working, your storefront keeps running as normal everywhere else.
✅ How to Remove It
Open the More menu and go to Custom domain.
Find your connected domain and select Remove.
Confirm by selecting Remove domain. If you change your mind, select Keep it instead.
Once you confirm, your storefront stops opening on that domain within a few minutes.
🔄 Reconnecting Later
You can reconnect the same domain again whenever you're ready. Your WithMe page, products and customers will still be there waiting for you.
🧹 Cleaning Up at Your Domain Provider
Removing the domain in WithMe doesn't delete anything at your domain provider. If you want a clean slate, go to your provider and delete the two CNAME records you added when you first connected the domain.
