You can access a purchased community by logging into your WithMe account and opening the Community tab on the creator’s hub. Any community you’ve purchased will be visible and accessible from there.
Step-by-step: Access your purchased community
Go to https://withme.so/login.
Log in using the same login method you used at the time of purchase (email/password, Google, or Apple).
After logging in, you’ll land directly on the creator’s hub.
Follow the steps below based on what you see on the screen.
If you see a different product tabs (web or app)
Click or tap the Community tab (or the name the creator has given this tab).
You’ll see the community or communities you’re a part of.
If you have access to multiple communities, use the dropdown at the top of the page to select the one you want to view.
Paid communities are marked with a small crown icon next to the community name.
Click the community to enter and start viewing or participating.
If you see all Products listed on one page (web)
Scroll through the page to find the community you purchased.
Your purchased community will be marked with a green “Purchased” tag.
Click on the community listing.
You’ll be taken inside the community page.
Inside the community
You can view posts, media, and discussions shared by the creator and other members.
If categories are available, they’ll appear at the top of the community page.
The All tab shows posts in date order, with the newest posts on top (after any pinned posts).
You can:
Comment on posts
Interact with shared content
Create your own post, if the creator allows member posts
If you click on a community you haven’t purchased
You’ll see a community landing page instead of the content.
Clicking the button on that page will take you to the purchase page for that community.
Community guidelines and moderation
Always follow the community guidelines set by the creator.
Maintain respectful behavior and integrity while participating.
The creator has full authority to moderate the community, including:
Deleting comments or posts
Restricting interactions
Removing members who violate guidelines
Expected outcome
After following these steps, you’ll be able to view, interact with, and participate in the community you purchased.
If you can’t access your community
Make sure you’re logged in with the correct email and login method used during purchase.
Check that the community shows as Purchased or has a crown icon.
Try accessing via your purchase confirmation email, if available.
