You can download a paid digital product by logging into your WithMe account and clicking the Download button shown right below to or inside your purchased product.
Step-by-step: Download your digital product
Go to https://withme.so/login.
Log in using the same login method you used at the time of purchase (email/password, Google, or Apple).
After logging in, you’ll directly see the creator’s hub with all their products.
Follow the steps below based on what you see on the screen.
If you see tabs on the creator’s hub (web or app)
Click the Digital Product tab (or the tab name set by the creator).
Locate the digital product you purchased (won't have locked icon on it depicting you have access to it).
The Download button will appear right below the product.
Click Download.
The file will download to your device.
If you see all products listed on one page (web)
Scroll through the page to find your digital product.
Your purchased product will have a green “Purchased” tag on it.
Click on the product tile or listing.
Scroll to the bottom of the product page.
Click Download.
The file will download to your device.
What counts as a digital product
Digital products are single media items such as:
E-books
Video files
Live stream recordings
Planners
Cards and similar downloadable content
Important notes
The download option only appears if the creator has enabled downloads for that specific digital product.
If you do not see a Download button on a product you purchased or accessed, it means the creator has chosen to keep that product streaming/view-only.
This applies to both free and paid digital products.
You must log in using the same account and sign-in method used during purchase to access your content.
It is not necessary to download a digital product to use it — you can watch, read, or view your content directly inside the hub.
Expected outcome
After following these steps, the digital product media will be successfully downloaded to your device.
If You Don’t See a Download Button
First, note that the Download button will only appear if the creator has enabled downloads for that specific product.
If you don’t see a download option:
Confirm you’re logged in using the same email and login method used during purchase.
Make sure the product shows as Purchased (or that you have active access).
Check whether the creator has enabled downloads for that product. If downloads are disabled, the content will be view-only inside the hub.
Try accessing the product from your purchase confirmation email.
