Where you’ll land after logging in
Step-by-step: Access your purchased membership
Go to https://withme.so/login.
Log in using the same login method used at the time of purchase (email/password, Google, or Apple).
After logging in, you’ll land directly on the creator’s hub—only you and the creator.
Follow the steps below based on what you see on your screen.
If you’re using the WithMe app or see tabs on the creator’s page (like the image below)
You’ll usually land on the Collections tab by default.
You need to switch to the Posts tab to see all the membership posts the creator has made so far
Posts are Link your Instagram feed and are shown in descending order, with the newest posts at the top.
To explore organised content, tap the Collections tab next to Posts.
Tip:
Use Membership posts to keep up with the latest updates.
Use Collections if you’re starting from the beginning or want topic-wise learning.
If you’re on the web and see all offerings listed on one page
If you see a full list of posts instead of collections, you’re on the creator's homepage.
Scroll through the page to find the membership product.
Your purchased membership will have a green “Purchased” tag.
Click on the membership product.
You’ll be taken inside the membership where all posts are visible.
Both views give you access to the same filtering and sorting tools.
Search within membership content
Tap the Search icon at the top (App only).
Search by:
Post title
Keyword you remember
Results will show content from the creator’s membership, from oldest to newest.
Filter membership posts by content type
Open the Membership section.
At the top, find Select Content.
Choose the type of content you’re looking for, such as:
Video
Audio
Image
PDF
Text
Live recordings
The list will update to show only posts matching that content type.
Example:
If you’re looking for a specific video, select Video to narrow the list.
Filter membership posts by category
At the top of the membership page, open the Category dropdown.
Select a category created by the creator (if available).
Categories are topic-based and depend on how the creator organises content.
Example:
A fitness creator may use categories like:
Upper body
Lower body
Core
Full body
Nutrition
Selecting a category will show only posts related to that topic.
Filter membership posts by tier (if applicable)
Open the Select dropdown at the top.
Choose the membership tier you want to view (for example, free or paid tiers).
Note:
If the creator has only one membership tier, you’ll see limited options such as All and that single tier.
This is normal and depends on how the creator has set up their membership.
Sort membership posts
You can sort posts using the available options at the top of the page. These may vary by creator, but commonly include:
Latest (default): Newest posts first
Saved: Only posts you’ve saved
Trending
Shuffle
Most viewed
Most liked
Purchased
Select any option to instantly reorder the posts.
Save and view saved posts
Tap or click Save on any membership post to bookmark it.
Open the Saved filter from the sorting options.
You’ll see a list of all posts you’ve saved.
Unsaving a post removes it from this list.
Expected outcome
After using these options, you’ll be able to:
Narrow down membership posts by content type, category, or tier
Sort posts in a way that fits your viewing preference
Save important posts and quickly return to them
Find specific content without scrolling endlessly
If you don’t see certain filters or options
Filter and sort options depend on how the creator has set up their hub.
Some dropdowns may be missing or limited if the creator hasn’t used them.
Make sure you’re logged in with the correct account used to purchase the membership.
