✏️ How to Edit a Membership Post

Learn how to edit a membership post step by step. Update titles, descriptions, pricing, access tiers, scheduling, and collections—without recreating the post or changing the original media.

Updated this week

Editing a membership post lets you fix mistakes, update details, or change how the post is sold and delivered—without having to recreate it.

Edit a Membership Post

Step 1: Open Membership Posts

  1. From the left-hand menu, click on the small arrow next to My Hub

  2. Click Membership from the dropdown menu

You’ll land on the Posts page, which shows all your membership posts in chronological order (newest first). It works like an Instagram-style feed—just your content, no distractions.

Step 2: Find the Post

  1. Scroll to find the post you want to edit

  2. Click the three-dot menu () on that post

Step 3: Click Edit

  1. Select Edit from the dropdown

You’ll be taken to the Edit Post page.

Step 4: Make Your Changes

From here, you can update:

  • Title and description

  • Thumbnail (if applicable)

  • Category

  • Membership tier access

  • Collections (add or remove the post from one or more collections)

You can also:

  • Set a price to sell the post as a one-off digital product; read more

  • Include the post in a course as a lesson; read more

  • Schedule the post to publish on a specific date and time

If you schedule a post, it will be unavailable and appear as upcoming until it goes live.

Step 5: Publish

Click Publish to save your changes and make them live.

✨ That’s it!

⚠️ Important Note

You can edit everything except the post’s media (video, image, PDF, etc.).

The media is the only part of a membership post that can’t be changed.
If you need to replace the media, you’ll need to delete the post and create a new one.
