Here's the honest update: auto-recurring event scheduling is not yet available on WithMe. It's actively in development and on our roadmap, but right now, each event needs to be created individually.

1. 📌 Pinned Post with a Standing Zoom Link
This is the most popular workaround — and it works beautifully!
Create a recurring Zoom meeting in your Zoom account (Zoom handles the recurrence for you).
Head to your WithMe community and create a new post.
Paste your Zoom link, add your class schedule (e.g., "Every Tuesday at 7 PM EST"), and any details your members need.
Pin the post to the top of your community so it's always visible.
Your members will always know exactly where to go and when — no hunting around! 🎯
2. 🗓️ Weekly Manual Event Creation
If you prefer using WithMe's built-in events feature for each session:
Go to your Events section and create a new event.
Set the date, time, description, and add your meeting link.
Publish the event — your members will receive a notification!
Repeat each week. Pro tip: duplicate your event details in a notes app so you can copy-paste quickly. ⚡
This takes just a minute or two each week, and your members get a fresh notification every time — which can actually boost attendance!
Note: If you create all the events at once members will get all the email notification at once.
3. 🏠 Community Event Calendar
Use your community space as a living calendar:
Create a dedicated post or thread titled something like "📅 Upcoming Live Classes — March 2026."
List all your upcoming sessions with dates, times, and links.
Update it weekly or monthly, and pin it for easy access.
This gives your members a single go-to spot for your full schedule. Simple and effective! ✅
