Cannot hit the publish button? Publish button is greyed out? Don't worry — we've got you! This is usually a quick fix. Let's walk through the most common causes. 🚀

If your product is set to Bundle only, it will not show a Publish button and will not appear on your main storefront.

Bundle-only products are only visible to customers who have already purchased the master product that unlocks them — they cannot be shared or found independently on your storefront.

Bundled products stay part of the bundle: while in Draft, they only show Edit and Delete, not Publish or Unpublish, so adding a pricing option won't make a bundled product publish or share independently.

The most common reason a product gets stuck is a missing required field:

Large image files can cause the publish process to hang:

If your image is too large, compress it with a free tool like TinyPNG or Squoosh.

When you duplicate a product, WithMe appends extra text to the end of its title — not just the description. If the original title is already long, the duplicate's title can pass the character limit and trigger a "This value is too long. Please shorten it and try again." error.

Workaround: Shorten the title on the original product, duplicate it, then rename the original back to what it was.
