πŸ“‘ How to Duplicate a Collection

Duplicating a Collection copies the Collection and all the posts inside it β€” perfect for repeating a weekly structure or template.

  1. Inside the Collection, click Duplicate in the toolbar at the top of the page.

  2. A copy of the Collection (with all its posts) appears in your Collections list, prefixed with "Copy of…".

  3. Rename it, swap the cover image if needed, and tweak the contents. ✏️

πŸ“ Duplicating Just One Post

Want to reuse a single post's layout without starting from scratch? Duplicate at the post level:

  1. Open My Hub β†’ Memberships β†’ Posts tab.

  2. Click the three-dot menu (β‹―) on the post you want to copy.

  3. Select Duplicate. The duplicated post appears in your posts list β€” update the title, content, and scheduling as needed. πŸŽ‰

πŸ’‘ Tips and Things to Know

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: After duplicating, use the Reorder Collections button on the Collections tab to drag the duplicate into the right position in your hub β€” the changes save instantly!

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Duplicated posts copy over all content: text, video embeds, and attachments.

  • Duplicated Collections include every post inside them β€” no need to copy posts one by one.

  • The duplicate will be named "Copy of [original name]" so you can easily spot it and rename it.

  • Any drip scheduling or access rules on the original are not copied β€” set those fresh on the new item.

That's it β€” duplicating Collections and posts is a huge time-saver when you're scaling your content. Go build something amazing! πŸ’ͺ
