📦 How to Organise Your Content into Collections on WithMe
Want to group related posts together so your members can find them easily? Collections are how you do it on WithMe. They let you bundle membership posts into one cohesive section — perfect for creating course-style content, topic hubs, or curated playlists. 🎉
🛒 What Is a Collection?
A Collection is a grouping of membership posts that appears as a single card on your hub. Each Collection has its own cover image, title, and ordered list of items. On a WithMe hub, all content is included in the single membership subscription — Collections just help you present related content as a coherent set. 💰
Each post still needs to be individually added to a Collection — simply having posts in your Memberships library doesn't automatically include them in a Collection.
📝 Step-by-Step: Adding Posts to Your Collection
In the left-hand sidebar, click My Hub → Memberships, then switch to the Collections tab.
Click an existing Collection to open it, or hit + Add Collection to create a new one.
Inside the Collection, click Upload Content to add items directly, or use the Collection editor to drop in posts that already exist in your Memberships library.
Repeat until every post you want in this Collection is listed. ✅
Use the Reorder button to drag items into the sequence you want members to experience them. Hit Save to confirm. 💾
💡 Pro Tip: After saving, preview your hub (visit withme.so/your-username in a private window) to double-check the Collection appears correctly to visitors.
🔍 Why Aren't All My Posts Showing Up?
If some posts are missing from a Collection on the member-facing side, here are the most common reasons:
Post not added to the Collection — Each post must be explicitly added via the Collection editor. Creating a post doesn't auto-add it to any Collection.
Post set to hidden — Make sure the individual post is published and visible. A hidden post won't appear in the Collection for members even if it's been added.
Changes not saved — Always hit Save after adding items. It's easy to navigate away before confirming. 😅
