When you sign up for WithMe, you'll get access to a guided onboarding session powered by eWebinar — an interactive, pre-recorded webinar platform that makes it super easy to get started! 🚀
Here's everything you need to know about booking, watching, and replaying your onboarding session.
📅 How Scheduling Works
eWebinar uses a rolling schedule — that means new session times are always being added automatically. You don't need to wait for slots to be "released" or worry about limited availability. Sessions are available on a recurring basis, so there's always one coming up soon! 🙌
When you're ready to book:
Click the onboarding session link from your welcome email or your WithMe dashboard.
You'll see a list of upcoming session times — pick whichever suits you best!
Register, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your session details.
💡 Pro Tip: If you don't see a session time for tomorrow, try scrolling forward — the rolling schedule typically shows times a few days ahead. New slots appear continuously!
🔄 Replays — Watch It Again Anytime
Missed your scheduled session or want to revisit something? No worries! After your session time has passed, you'll receive an email with a replay link so you can rewatch the entire onboarding at your own pace. ⏪
The replay is identical to the live session — same content, same interactive elements — so you won't miss a thing.
▶️ On-Demand Access — Start Right Now
Don't want to wait for a scheduled time? Most of our onboarding sessions offer an on-demand option — meaning you can start watching immediately! 🎉
Open your onboarding session link.
Look for the "Watch Now" or "Join On-Demand" option on the registration page.
Click it, and the session will begin straight away — no scheduling needed.
This is perfect if you're keen to dive in right after signing up! 💪
📬 Email Notifications
After registering for a session, eWebinar will send you:
Confirmation email — with the date, time, and a link to join.
Reminder email — shortly before your session starts so you don't forget!
Replay email — sent after the session, so you can rewatch anytime.
