Migrating from Kajabi or another platform? Amazing — welcome to WithMe! 🎉 Once you've imported your contacts, the next step is letting them know where to find you. This guide walks you through the entire workflow: from importing your list to sending a broadcast email that gets your people signed up and exploring your Hub.
Step 1: Import Your Contacts 📥
First, bring your existing audience into WithMe using the Migration tool or a CSV upload.
Message us directly and we will take care of the CSV import for you.
Create a dated sequence or send a broadcast to let them know that you've moved platforms.
What Happens Next? 🚀
Once your contacts receive the email and click through to your Hub, they'll be prompted to create an account. Their status in your Customers tab will update from Pending Invite to active — and you're off to the races!
💡 Pro Tip: Consider sending a follow-up broadcast a few days later to anyone who hasn't registered yet. A gentle nudge typically goes a long way! 💪
