Migrating from Beacons to WithMe
This guide shows what the move from Beacons looks like: what comes across, what you set up again, and how to point your audience at your new hub.
The migration is free with the yearly subscription ($300 / £300 / €300 a year), up to 10 GB of files. Bigger libraries are quoted first, and you pay nothing unless you agree. What comes with you
Digital products. PDFs, downloads and templates. For Beacons we move these by hand from files you can download or share. See Free migration with the yearly subscription.
Subscribers' names and emails. Export your subscriber list from Beacons as a CSV and we import it. See How to Migrate Contacts from Another Platform to WithMe.
Your branding (logo and colours), if you send them.
What you set up again
Your storefront. Your Beacons page layout does not transfer. You set up your WithMe storefront with your branding, colours and products.
Your link in bio. Update your TikTok, Instagram and other bio links to point to your new WithMe hub URL (or your custom domain).
Email automations. Any Beacons email sequences do not migrate. You rebuild them in WithMe email flows, or buy Done For You. We do not rebuild them in the free migration.
Landing pages and sales pages. You rebuild them with WithMe's page builder, or buy Done For You. We do not rebuild them in the free migration.
Coupons, promo codes, order bumps and payment plans. You set them up again in WithMe.
What you can add on WithMe
Beyond a storefront and digital products, WithMe also gives you:

Paying customers
Card details cannot be moved between platforms, because your old platform's payment system holds them. If you take recurring payments, this is what we do instead:
We import your customers' names and emails and give them access to the same products on WithMe.
We keep their access free until their next billing date, so nobody pays twice.
You send them one link to restart their subscription on WithMe before your old platform charges them again. We give you the email to send.
Keep Beacons running until your customers have moved. Connect your Stripe account in WithMe so you can take payments.
Migration timeline
Free migration: most hubs are ready in 5 to 10 working days from when we start. We send an update at each step: started, and ready to check.
Your Beacons page stays live until you approve the new hub. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Before you cancel Beacons
Export your email subscriber list.
Download the digital product files you want moved.
Check your new WithMe hub and test it fully, then approve it.
Update your bio links to point to WithMe, then cancel Beacons.
