⏰ Set a Minimum Booking Notice Window on Your Coaching Calls
Ever had someone book a call with you 10 minutes before it starts? 😅 Now you can stop last-minute bookings (and reschedules!) in their tracks by setting a minimum booking notice window right on your coaching call products.
🙌 What This Means For You
You're now in control of how much advance notice you need before a call lands on your calendar. Set a cutoff anywhere from 0 to 168 hours (that's a full week!), and WithMe automatically filters out any booking slots that fall inside that window. No more scrambling to prep for a call that was booked while you were already walking into it!
⚙️ How to Set It Up
Head to your Creator Hub and open the coaching call product you want to update.
Find the new Minimum Booking Notice setting.
Choose how many hours of notice you need, from 0 (no minimum) up to 168 hours (7 days).
Save your changes and you're all set! ✅
If you enter a value outside 0 to 168, or one that isn't a whole number, you'll see the error "Enter a whole number between 0 and 168 hours".
Direct booking or reschedule attempts inside your notice window are blocked by WithMe, though the exact boundary time itself stays bookable. This setting doesn't affect any external booking links you share.
This appears as the Minimum booking notice (hours) field, with the help text: "Prevent bookings that start within this many hours. Use 0 to allow any future slot."
Open the product's Availability tab to find this setting.
💡 Pro Tip
💡 Pro Tip: If you run back-to-back sessions, try setting your notice window to at least a few hours so you always have time to prep between calls, or grab a coffee! ☕ You can set a different notice window for each coaching product, so a quick 15-minute chat can have a shorter cutoff than a full 60-minute deep dive.
