Connect your Google Calendar, set availability for each coaching call, and let customers pick a time that suits them. A Google Meet link and calendar invite are created for you automatically.

🔌 Step 1: Connect Google Calendar
Go to Settings, open Integrations and choose the Meetings tab.
Click Connect Google Meet / Calendar to link your Google Calendar. This turns on time slot booking with automatic meeting links.
Already setting up a coaching call? If your calendar isn't connected yet, the Availability tab tells you so. Click Connect in Settings to get there.
🗓️ Step 2: Set Availability for Each Coaching Call
Availability is set separately for each coaching call, so every product has its own time slots.
Create a new coaching call or open one to edit, then go to the Availability tab.
Under Availability & Calendar, choose how customers book sessions with you: Google Meet / Calendar or External Booking Link.
For Google Calendar booking, pick Google Meet / Calendar, then add your bookable time slots under Set Your Availability.
Prefer your own scheduler? Pick External Booking Link and add the link to your booking calendar in Add Booking Link.
A new time slot can't overlap another slot on the same day, and its end time can't be before its start time. If it does, WithMe won't accept it.
💡 Duplicating a coaching call copies its availability slots to the new copy, so you don't have to set them up again.
🚀 Step 3: Publish Your Coaching Call
To publish a new coaching call with Google Calendar booking, add availability in the Availability tab first. Drafts don't need availability, so you can save one and come back later.
If your coaching call saves but its availability doesn't, you'll see a message asking you to set availability in the Availability tab. Head back there and add your slots.
🛒 How Customers Book
The booking calendar shows on a coaching call's page only when you have Google Calendar connected and that coaching call has availability set.
Customers who buy the call choose an available date and time from the booking calendar, then click Confirm Booking.
Once a time is booked, a Google Meet link and a calendar invite are created automatically and sent to you and your customer.
🔁 Reschedule or Cancel
Plans change. Both you and your customers can reschedule or cancel a booked coaching session.
