📥 Why some imported contacts can't be emailed yet

Learn why WithMe temporarily removes some imported cold contacts from your emailable list and how they get added back.

📥 What happens when you import a cold contact list

Sending to an imported list depends on contact eligibility, your sending-account status and campaign delivery checks. A cold-contact label alone does not remove someone from your contact list.

This helps protect your sending reputation before you email anyone on that list.

🚩 When a campaign is held

Some large or cold-list campaigns start with a smaller trial batch, and the remaining messages wait for delivery results. Separately, an account paused for bounce or complaint problems can be blocked before any campaign messages go out.

This is not a punishment. It is a safeguard so your emails keep reaching the people who actually want them.

📇 Your contacts are not deleted

A campaign hold does not delete your contacts.

A hold can apply to one campaign. Contact opt-outs and email-provider suppression can also affect who is eligible to receive messages.

🚫 Why you can't email the whole list at once

Trial batches and hourly sending limits can prevent a large campaign from going out all at once.

Sending to a large batch of cold contacts at once risks getting your sending account suspended by our email infrastructure provider, which would affect your ability to send any emails at all.

📈 When sending can continue

If the trial batch clears its delivery checks, the campaign can continue, subject to the other sending limits and eligibility checks. A failed or unresolved trial can leave the campaign halted.

Check your campaign status and Delivery health in Email Marketing. If sending is blocked or a campaign remains halted, contact support; do not assume that contacts will be automatically reintroduced over time.

If you get stuck, message us from the chat bubble and we will help.
