📋 See All Open Applications in One Place
When you open a customer's page in your Customers view, you can see their coaching applications there.
If a customer has applied to more than one coaching product and those applications are still open, all of them show up on their page, not just the most recent one.
🔍 How to Check a Customer's Applications
Go to your Customers tab.
Find and open the customer whose applications you want to review.
Look at their customer page for the list of open 1:1 coaching applications.
If they've applied to more than one coaching tier, you'll see each open application listed, so you don't miss any of them.
💡 Why This Matters
Before, only a customer's most recent application showed up here, which made it easy to miss an earlier one they were still waiting on.
Now you have the full picture, so you can follow up on every application a customer has sent in, without digging through other views to find it.
