💌 What this does
When someone buys a single digital product from you, WithMe automatically sends them a confirmation email with your name, their order details, and their access links. You don't need to set anything up for that email to go out.
For single digital products, you can also add an optional personal message. This replaces the standard thank-you intro at the top of the email with your own words. Everything else in the email, like product details, the receipt, and the footer, stays the same either way.
✍️ How to add your personal message
Go to add or edit your single digital product.
Find the Confirmation Email section.
In the Personal message field, write your message. You can use up to 1,000 characters.
Save your product.
📏 Good to know
Your personal message is sent as one paragraph. If you add line breaks while writing it, they're sent as spaces instead, so the message still arrives as a single block of text.
If you leave the Personal message field blank, your buyers will just see the standard thank-you message instead.
Either way, the rest of the confirmation email, including the product and access details, the receipt, and the footer, stays standard.
