How to Cancel a Membership on WithMe Mobile App

If you're using the WithMe app on your iPhone and want to cancel a membership, follow these steps:

  1. Open the WithMe app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap the icon in the top-right corner — it looks like a circle with two lines inside (not a traditional hamburger menu).

  3. Select “Settings.”

  4. On the Profile page, tap on the “Membership” tab located at the top center of the screen.

  5. Find the creator whose membership you want to cancel. Tap the dropdown arrow next to their name.

  6. Tap “Cancel.”

  7. On the cancellation confirmation page:

    • Choose a reason for cancelling.

    • Add any feedback in the required text field.

    • Tap “Confirm Cancellation.”

🔄 Important:
The cancellation confirmation will briefly open in your web browser. Once it's complete, tap “Back to WithMe App” to return to the app.

If you still see the membership active, refresh the app once, and it should reflect the updated status.

Downgrade your Membership:

1] Navigate your way to your "memberships" page by following the instructions above. Click on the green "change" button for your selected membership and from here you can switch to a different tier.

2] Alternatively, on the yellow banner of the creator's page, you’ll see a button that reads ”subscribed” - spoiler, this is what you click on next.

From the pop-up window that appears, you’ll be able to choose to downgrade your membership.

⏳ What Happens After You Cancel?

Great news — your cancellation doesn't kick in right away! Here's what to expect:

  • You keep access to all your membership content and features until the end of your current billing period. No early cutoff! 🎉

  • No more charges. Once your billing period ends, you won't be charged again.

  • Your account stays active. You can still log in, but premium features and content will no longer be available after your access period ends.

  • Canceling your subscription only affects recurring products such as memberships or subscription-based access.

  • You will still retain access to any one-time purchases, such as digital products or courses you’ve bought separately. Access is only removed for the subscription-based product that was canceled.

📝 Note:
If you're on a free trial and cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged at all. Your access will simply end when the trial period is over.

🔄 Changed Your Mind? Resubscribing Is Easy!

We'd love to have you back! If you decide to return, you can resubscribe at any time:

  2. Head to Settings → Memberships

  3. Hit Resubscribe

Your access will be restored immediately — no waiting around! 🚀

Important:

Once a subscription is successfully canceled, we cannot charge it again. If you are seeing a charge or charge attempt after cancellation, please check if you may have:

  • Accidentally re-subscribed, or

  • Created a duplicate subscription using another email address

If you’re unsure, contact support and we’ll help you check your account.
