No Worries - This Is an Easy Fix
If you signed up for a creator account but only want to watch content, you're not locked in. You can cancel your creator plan and continue browsing and purchasing content as a viewer — no new account needed.
How to Cancel Your Creator Plan
Log in to your WithMe account.
Go to your account settings and open the Billing or Subscription section.
Locate your current plan and click the option to cancel.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
💡 Pro Tip: If you're on a free trial, cancelling before it expires should prevent any charges — contact support if you're unsure.
You Can Still Watch Content
Once your creator plan is cancelled, you should still be able to browse and purchase content with the same login. You can:
Browse creator hubs and purchase memberships or content
Access anything you've already bought
Use the same login — no need to create a separate account
If anything looks different after cancelling, reach out to support and we'll get it sorted.
Stop Creator Marketing Emails
If you're still receiving creator-focused emails after cancelling, look for a Notifications or Email Preferences section in your account settings. You can also use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any creator email to opt out.
