🎁 How to Give Free Access to a Paid Product
Want to give someone free access to one of your paid products — without changing the price for everyone else? Whether it's a VIP guest, a collaboration partner, or a giveaway winner, we've got you covered with the options available today! 🙌
🎟️ Option 1: Coupon Codes (Recommended)
Coupon codes are the easiest way to offer free (or discounted) access to a paid product while keeping your pricing intact for everyone else. You can create a 100% discount code that makes the product completely free for anyone who uses it!
How to Create a Free-Access Coupon
Go to your My Hub and navigate to More.
Select Promo code .
Click Create New Promo Code.
Set the discount to 100%.
Choose whether to limit the number of uses (e.g., 1 use for a single person, or unlimited for a promotion) and duration of discount (for recurring billing products).
Copy the generated coupon code or shareable link and send it to your recipient! 🎉

📝 Note:
Promo codes are not yet product specific so you might want to limit redeem limit and set an expiry so that members do not apply it on other products my mistake.
The person will still need to go through the checkout flow — but they won't be charged anything. The coupon makes the total £0 / $0 at checkout.
🤝 Option 2: Complimentary Access (Manual Grant)
If you'd rather skip the checkout process entirely, you can grant complimentary access directly from your dashboard. This is perfect for team members, collaborators, or anyone you want to give instant access to without them needing to enter payment details.
Go to your WithMe Dashboard and navigate to Customers.
Find the person you want to grant access to (or invite them by email).
Click on the 3 dots on their profile and select Assign Access.
Choose the product you'd like to give them access to.
Confirm — and they're in! ✅
📝 Note:
Comp access does not create a subscription or charge. The person simply gets access to the content — no payment method required on their end.
⚠️ What About Temporarily Setting the Product to Free?
You might be tempted to set your product price to £0 temporarily and share the link — but we don't recommend this approach. Here's why:
Everyone can access it for free while the price is set to £0 — not just the person you intended.
There's no way to create a "free access link" that works while the product stays at its paid price.
If someone finds the link during the free window, they get in without you knowing!
Instead, use a coupon code or comp access — both keep your pricing safe while giving free access only to the people you choose. 🔒
