If you want to check when your clients will pay their next subscription renewal (and when you’ll receive your fees), you can easily find this information in your WithMe dashboard.
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to the “Customers” tab
From your dashboard’s left-hand menu, click Customers.
View the customer list
You’ll see all your customers along with their subscription price and the date they joined.
Work out their next renewal date
If the price matches your monthly rate, that customer will be billed every month on their joining date.
If the price matches your annual rate, they’re on a yearly plan and will be billed once a year on their joining date.
Example
If a customer joined on March 15 with your annual plan, their next renewal date will be March 15 next year.
If they joined on March 15 with your monthly plan, their next renewal will be April 15, and so on each month.
💡 Tip: Once you know the renewal date, you’ll be able to predict when you’ll receive your payout based on your selected payout schedule in the Payouts section of your dashboard.
