Can I Email My List of Contacts If They Aren’t Members of My Community Without Using Mailchimp or Similar Tools?

You can send custom emails with this cool workaround.

How to Reach Non-Members Without External Tools

While WithMe doesn’t directly allow sending emails to people outside your community, there’s a cool workaround to keep everyone — customers and leads — in one place:

  1. Import Your Entire Contact List

    • Add both your existing customers and your non-member leads into WithMe.

    • Assign paying customers to their correct paid tiers.

    • Assign non-members or leads to a free tier you create. How?

    • Just send us the CSV and we'll import them for you.

  2. Use the Free Tier for Announcements

    • When you post in paid tiers, only those members and ones in tiers above get access to the content.

      • People in lower tiers will still receive an email notification but see the content locked — a subtle prompt to upgrade.

    • When you want to reach everyone in the free tier, post directly in that tier.

      • They’ll get your message via email, even if they’re not paying members.

  3. Why This Works

    • All your customers and leads are managed in one platform.

    • Free tier members stay engaged and regularly prompted to join a paid tier.

    • You can make announcements, run promotions, or share updates without third-party tools.

Bonus: People who have unsubscribed from your platform will still get new upload and weekly summary notifications — a gentle, compliant nudge to re-engage.
