How to Access a Course You Purchased

Having trouble accessing a course you recently purchased from a Creator? This article is for you! 🤓

If you purchased a course on a creator’s hub, you get instant access as soon as the payment is completed. You can access the course anytime by logging into your WithMe account using the same sign-in method you used during purchase.


How course access works (purchase flow)

This is what happens when you buy a course on WithMe:

  1. You visit the creator’s hub or open the course link shared by the creator.

  2. You land on the course page with details about the course and its offering.

  3. You click the Purchase button.

  4. You create an account using:

    • Email + password, or

    • Sign in with Google, or

    • Sign in with Apple
      (This is the new user flow if you didn’t already have an account.)

  5. You complete the checkout by entering your card details.

  6. After successful payment, you are automatically redirected to the unlocked course inside your customer portal.

Your course is now active and ready to access.


How to access your purchased course again

  1. Log in using the same method you used during purchase:

    • Email + password

    • Google sign-in

    • Apple sign-in

  2. After logging in, you’ll see the creator’s hub.

  3. Locate the course you purchased under the "course" Tab (I'll show unlocked unlike the other ones with lock icon on them) and click on it.

  4. The course content will be unlocked and available to consume.


Important login note

  • Email/password login will not work if you originally signed up using Google or Apple.

  • Google or Apple sign-in must exactly match the method used at checkout.


Purchase confirmation email

You also receive a purchase confirmation email after checkout.

  • This email contains a direct link to the course.

  • Clicking the link will take you straight to the unlocked course (after login, if required).


If you still can’t access the course

  • Double-check that you’re logging in with the correct email and sign-in method.

  • Search your inbox for the purchase confirmation email and use the course link inside it.

  • If access still doesn’t appear, contact support from the chat or via email and share:

    • The email used for purchase

    • The name of the course and creator
