π¬ Viewing and Responding to Customer Comments on Your Products
π¨οΈ Where Do Customer Comments Live?
If you're looking for a way to see what your customers are saying about your products β you're in the right place! WithMe gives creators the ability to interact with their audience through comments, but it's important to know where comments are available and where they aren't (yet!).
Here's the quick breakdown:
Memberships & Courses β β Comments are fully supported! Your members can leave comments on individual lessons and posts, and you can view and reply to them directly from your creator dashboard .
Digital Products β Members can comment on your product but currently as creators cannot access media under digital product after post you might not be able to respond to member comments from your creator dashboard, the bug is with our tech team and will be sorted soon.
π Note:
If you've been searching for a Comments tab on a digital product and can't find it β don't worry, you're not missing anything! This feature simply doesn't exist for digital products at this time.
There is currently no dedicated βCommentsβ tab or section in the admin panel that allows creators to manage all comments from a centralized location.
β How to View Comments on Memberships & Courses
For memberships and courses, viewing and responding to customer comments is easy:
Head to your Creator Dashboard and click on "My Hub" in the left sidebar.
Select the membership or course you'd like to check.
Navigate to the specific lesson or module within that product.
Click on the "chat bubble icon to open the Comments section beneath the lesson content β you'll see any comments your members have left!
Click Reply to respond directly to a comment. or Add a comment on your own for members.
That's it β your members feel heard, and you build a stronger community around your content! π
Comment Visibility on Digital Products
Members can comment on your digital products, and those comments are visible to other members engaging with the product. However, creators may currently experience a limitation where comments posted under digital product media are not accessible from the creator dashboard, which means you might not be able to view or respond to them directly at this time.

Our tech team is already aware of this issue and is actively working on a fix. We expect this to be resolved soon.
