πŸ“‹ Before You Delete β€” What You Should Know

Deleting your account is permanent. Once processed, the following will be removed and cannot be recovered:

  • Your creator profile and all associated content

  • Your audience data, subscriber lists, and messaging history

  • Any active subscriptions or payment connections

  • Your custom app theme, tabs, and branding

If you have an active subscription with paying customers, we strongly recommend you cancel and close your creator account first, communicate with your audience before requesting deletion. Once your account is removed, your subscribers will lose access to your content immediately.


πŸš€ How to Request Account Deletion

Account deletion requires a manual review by our team to ensure everything is handled properly (like cancelling any active billing, removing stored data, etc.). Here's how to kick off the process:

  1. Open a conversation with our support team β€” tap the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your WithMe dashboard, or email us at partners@fitwithofficial.com.

  2. Let us know you'd like to delete your account β€” just say something like "I'd like to delete my account and all my data." or simply apply for data deletion through this form: link

  3. Verify your identity β€” for your security, we'll confirm the email address associated with your account.

  4. We'll process your request β€” our Customer Success team will action the deletion within 5 business days.

  5. You'll receive a confirmation email β€” once everything has been removed, we'll send you a final confirmation so you know it's done. βœ…

Your privacy matters to us β€” a lot! When you request account deletion, we remove your personal data in line with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. Here's what that looks like:

  • Personal data (name, email, profile info) β€” fully deleted

  • Payment data β€” we don't store card details directly (that's handled by Stripe), but we'll remove your billing profile from our systems

  • Content & media β€” all uploaded content, videos, and files are permanently removed

  • Analytics & logs β€” anonymised or deleted within 30 days

Deleting your account and cancelling your subscription are two different things! If you just want to stop your plan but keep your account around for later, you don't need to go through the full deletion process.

To cancel your subscription instead, head to Settings β†’ Billing in your WithMe dashboard and hit Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Easy! 🎯
