How to connect your platform for migration
You connect your current platform yourself, from Migration in your WithMe dashboard. You do not send your login to our team. This article explains what to expect.
Step by step
Open Migration in your dashboard and choose Check my courses for free.
Choose your platform. Kajabi, Thinkific, Skool, Stan Store, Google Drive, Kartra, OfferingTree and Healthie are automatic.
Confirm you own the account, sign in or share your Google Drive folder, then choose Connect and check content.
Check the list of every course, video and file we find. This part is free.
Pick what moves. You see the price before you pay, once.
Moving needs an active plan or free trial. If you see This needs an active WithMe plan, start or restart yours in Billing, then come back.
One-time codes and two-factor authentication
Please keep two-factor authentication on. We never ask you to turn it off. If your platform sends a one-time code, the Migration screen shows Enter your verification code, so enter it there.
How your account is used
We only read your account and download the content you choose, so nothing changes on your old platform.
If your platform is not listed
For Teachable, Mighty Networks or anywhere else, choose Somewhere else in the check and ask for a free migration check at switch.withme.so/switch. No card needed. Our team looks at your site and tells you what can move.
Move only what you need
You do not need to bring everything across. You can leave behind old or unused products, duplicate courses, content you no longer sell, and outdated files or drafts. Moving less also costs less: a yearly subscription includes 10 GB in total, once, then ÂŁ1 per GB including VAT, and monthly pays ÂŁ1 per GB from the first GB.
