Why Am I Still Getting Payment Reminders?
After cancelling your subscription, you may still receive payment reminder emails. These are transactional emails sent automatically by Stripe, our payment processor. They are not marketing emails. Because they are tied to unpaid invoices on your account, they cannot be stopped by clicking an unsubscribe link.

Payment reminders mean there is an outstanding balance on your account from before your cancellation. Once the balance is settled, the reminders will stop.

These emails typically come from a Stripe-related address and reference an invoice number and amount due. This is how you can distinguish them from marketing emails or other notifications. The subject line will usually include the word "invoice" along with a dollar amount owed.
Verify Your Subscription Is Cancelled
First, confirm that your subscription was successfully cancelled:
Log in to your WithMe dashboard.
Navigate to Settings, then Billing.
Check your subscription status. It should show as cancelled or inactive.
If your subscription still appears active, it may not have been fully cancelled. Follow our cancellation guide to complete the process.
Resolve Any Outstanding Balance
If your subscription is confirmed cancelled but you're still receiving reminders, an unpaid invoice is the cause. Settling it will stop the reminders.
Go to Settings, then Billing.
Look for any unpaid invoices or failed payments.
Update your payment method if needed and complete the payment.
Once all outstanding invoices are paid, Stripe will stop sending payment reminders automatically.
π‘ Pro Tip: You can also check your email's spam or junk folder. Sometimes payment confirmations land there after you pay the balance.
Still Receiving Reminders?
If you've confirmed your subscription is cancelled and have no outstanding balance but are still receiving reminders, contact our support team with:
Your account email address
A screenshot or copy of the reminder email
Confirmation that your billing page shows no unpaid invoices
You can reach support by clicking the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your WithMe dashboard, or by visiting the Help section under Settings β Billing. Our team can investigate and resolve the issue with Stripe directly.
