⚙️ How It Works
Every coaching-call product still defaults to 1 attendee per slot, so nothing changes unless you decide to open things up. Bump that number higher, and the same time slot can now be booked by multiple people, perfect for group coaching, cohort calls, or office-hours style sessions!
Head to your coaching-call product settings.
Find the max attendees per slot field.
Set it to however many people you want to allow in a single session (leave it at 1 for 1:1 calls).
Save, and you're done! New bookings will follow your updated limit right away.
🔗 Shared Calendar Event and Meeting Link
When a slot has more than one attendee, everyone booked into it shares one Google Calendar event and one Google Meet meeting link, so you don't end up with duplicate events on your calendar.
Buyers can see how many places are left on a slot before they book, and once a slot fills up, no more bookings can be made for it until a place opens up.
If someone cancels, their place opens up for another buyer to book, and the remaining attendees keep their original time and meeting link.
