📅 Booking and joining works the same as Google Meet
If a creator's coaching call product uses Zoom, you book, join, reschedule and cancel it exactly the same way as a Google Meet session.
Your Zoom link appears in Upcoming Sessions, and it's included in your booking, reschedule and reminder emails, labelled 'Zoom Link'.
🔗 One link per time slot
Everyone booked into the same time slot shares one Zoom meeting link. You don't need a separate personal link if others are joining the same session.
🔄 Rescheduling only changes your link
If you reschedule your booking, you get a new Zoom link for your new time slot. Anyone else still booked into the original slot keeps their meeting as normal, it isn't affected by your change.
❌ Cancelling
If you're the last person booked into a time slot and you cancel, the Zoom meeting for that slot is removed.
▶️ How creators start a session
The steps below are for creators running a Zoom coaching call. If you're a buyer, skip ahead to the next section.
Go to your upcoming coaching call session.
Select Start Zoom.
This opens a fresh host link for you each time.
Buyers only see a Join link. They can't start the meeting as host.
⏳ If your link isn't ready yet
If you've booked a session and the Zoom link isn't ready straight away, you'll see a message confirming your place is booked. Check Upcoming Sessions again shortly and your Zoom link will appear there.
