🔍 Where to Cancel a Session
If you need to cancel an upcoming confirmed coaching session, you can do this from the session details view in your Creator Diary.
🖱️ How to Cancel
Open your Creator Diary and find the upcoming confirmed session you want to cancel.
Open the session details view and select Cancel Session.
You will be asked to confirm. Select Yes, Cancel to proceed, or Keep Session if you change your mind.
While the cancellation is processing, you will see Cancelling....
📧 What Happens After You Cancel
Your customer is notified of the cancellation by email.
The Google Calendar event linked to that session is removed automatically.
Once the session is cancelled, your customer is free to book a new time slot that works for both of you.
✅ Good to Know
Cancelling is only available for upcoming confirmed sessions, and it always requires your confirmation first.
