👥 How Group Bookings Show Up in Your Calendar
When more than one buyer books the same coaching-call time slot, your calendar does not show separate entries for each person. Instead, you will see one event for that slot, listing everyone who has booked in.
From that single event, you can manage each attendee separately. You are able to cancel or reschedule one person's booking without affecting anyone else in the same slot.
🔧 How to Manage an Attendee
Open the calendar event for the group booking.
Select an attendee to manage their booking.
Choose to cancel this attendee's booking, or reschedule them to a different time.
Other attendees in the same slot keep their original time and meeting link, no matter what you do with one person's booking.
🗑️ When the Last Attendee Cancels
If you cancel the last remaining attendee in a slot, the calendar event itself is removed. That time slot is then free again.
If a new buyer books that same slot afterwards, a fresh calendar event is created for them.
⏱️ Different Products Still Cannot Overlap
Group bookings only apply within a single product and time slot. Bookings for two different coaching-call products can never overlap on your calendar.
Only buyers booking the same product's same time slot can share your time. Everything else on your calendar is protected from double-booking as usual.
