🧭 Two Different Product Types
1:1 Coaching and Coaching Call are not the same product type. They are built differently and designed for different kinds of delivery, so it is worth knowing which one fits what you want to offer.
📄 1:1 Coaching: Ongoing Coaching
1:1 Coaching is designed for ongoing coaching that you deliver through documents, messages, and videos. It is not structured around booking calls.
Because of this, there is no built-in way (and no need) to paste an external calendar booking link into your 1:1 Coaching lesson or program content. If you want clients to book sessions with you, 1:1 Coaching is not the right tool for that.
📅 Coaching Call: Scheduled Sessions
Coaching Call is the product type built for scheduled, bookable sessions. It supports a native calendar connection with built-in availability setup, so clients can see your open times and book directly.
✅ Which One Should You Create?
If you want to deliver ongoing coaching through documents, messages, and videos, create a 1:1 Coaching product.
If you primarily want to offer bookable calls, create a Coaching Call product instead.
Coaching Call gives you native calendar connection and availability setup, so you do not need any external booking tools or links.
Picking the right product type from the start saves you from having to restructure your offer later.
