When editing a post on WithMe, you can update almost everything — but not the media file itself.
✅ What You Can Edit
Depending on the product type, you can edit:
Title
Description
Collection
Tier access (for memberships)
Price (for digital products)
Chapters (for courses)
Scheduled publish date
Other post settings
❌ What You Cannot Edit
You currently cannot replace or swap the media file attached to a post. This includes video files, PDFs, images, and text post type.
Why Is Media Locked?
Media files are locked to maintain content stability for members, accurate tracking inside courses and collections, and consistency in access and engagement records.
What to Do Instead
If you need to change the media file:
Delete the post that contains the incorrect media.
Create a new post with the correct video, PDF, image, or text.
Reorder if needed — use the Reorder feature to drag and place the post back into the correct position within your course, collection, or membership feed.
While media replacement isn't currently supported, all other structural and access settings remain fully editable — so reorganizing your content is still simple and flexible.
