When someone buys your 1:1 coaching, they land on a "You're in" screen and get a confirmation email, so they always know exactly what they bought and how to access it.
🎉 The "You're in" screen
After a buyer pays for your coaching, they land straight on a "You're in" screen. It shows a "Your coaching" card with an Open your coaching button that opens the coaching workspace.
The receipt on this screen also shows the renewal wording for the price they bought, for example "Renews monthly until you cancel."
📧 The confirmation email
Buyers also receive a confirmation email titled "You're in:
", where
is the name of your coaching product. The email shows your message first, then what they paid and their order number, followed by an OPEN YOUR COACHING button.
If a buyer replies to this email, their reply reaches you.
✍️ Add your personal message
Open your 1:1 coaching product in the editor.
Go to Options and select Confirmation Email.
Type your message into the Personal message field.
Your text is saved automatically and will still be there next time you reopen the editor.
👀 Preview before you publish
In the same Options > Confirmation Email section, use Preview to see exactly what the buyer's "You're in" screen will look like with your message included.
